My name is Amanda and I am a certified health & fitness coach and mom of 2. I focus on helping busy parents, like myself, balance work, family, and hectic schedules by creating quick and effective workouts and family-friendly nutrition advice. When family life gets busy, I help moms take better care of themselves so they can have the energy and stamina to keep up with their growing family.
After the birth of my 1st child, I had a hard time finding energy to do the simple tasks and keep up with my busy schedule. I discovered that better nutrition and fitness can make a big difference in energy and mood. With a "whole foods" approach to eating, I was able to rediscover my energy, balance my hormones, and take better care of my family. By prioritizing my health and fitness, I was able to loose the extra baby weight for good and become stronger than I've ever been!
